In 1988 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of Karaganda State University, specialty “Finance and Credit” and received the specialty “Economist”.

In 1988, she began her career in the city Statistics department of the city of Karaganda as an economist.

From 1990 to 2005, she worked as a teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the Department of Finance at KarSU.

From September 2005 to August 2022, she worked as Head of the Department of Economics and Finance, Finance of the Institute of Current Education “Bolashak”, Karaganda University “Bolashak”, “Bolashak Academy”, Bolashaq Academy

In 2000 defended her PhD thesis on: “The income tax system: problems and prospects of development”.

In 2003, she received the scientific title of Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission – Associate Professor.

Author of more than 150 scientific articles, monographs and teaching aids, including 4 monographs, 7 textbooks, 3 articles in the Scopus database, 3 articles in the HAC, 3 articles in the CCASON.

From July 2002 to August 2007 – teacher of courses for chief accountants of public enterprises in the discipline “Taxes and taxation” under the program “UCAID”.

For 10 years, she was the chairman of the GIA of bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, a reviewer of diploma and master’s works of students and undergraduates of universities in Karaganda.

She was awarded the Uzdik Pedagogok medal in 2019.

On April 18-19, 2022, she participated as an expert in the international commission for external audit within the framework of the program accreditation of the Eurasian Humanitarian and Institute.
