She graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute in 1989 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After graduating from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, she worked as a design engineer in the design bureau “Tsvetmetavtomatika. Since 1990 he has been working in the system of higher education as a teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor. Since 2009 – head of the department “Professional training and basic military training” of KSTU, from 2012 to 2016 – head of the department “Professional training”, since September 1, 2016 assistant professor of the same department. In 2001 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 – General Pedagogy. In 2003, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of Pedagogy. He is a participant in international studies: the Erasmo Mundus Program “EuroAsian Starter for Technical Academik Network Application – eASTANA” and the German Society for Technical Assistance GIZ “Regional Program” Vocational Education and Training in Central Asia I, Regional Teacher Training Network “.
The main direction of ongoing scientific research is the improvement of the qualifications of teachers of higher educational institutions and the improvement of the training of teachers of vocational training based on innovative teaching technologies.
Membership in scientific and professional societies: Academician of the International Academy of Ecology and Safety, Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
During her career, she was encouraged by the Rectorate of the University and the Akim of Karaganda, the Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers. In 2012, she was among the “100 best women of KSTU”. “The best university teacher” (2013). In 2016 – Grant “The best teacher of the university.” Based on the results of the implementation of the results of scientific research, they were introduced into the educational process of preparing bachelors and masters of vocational training and recognized by the European Education Foundation – in the nomination “Successful History” took 1st place.
During the period of work at the university, she conducted lectures, practical and laboratory classes on the courses: “Pedagogy of higher education”, “Methods of vocational training”, “Theory and methods of vocational guidance”, “Pedagogical excellence”, “Introduction to the teaching profession”. Supervises industrial practice and graduation design. 11 textbooks and electronic textbooks for courses taught have been prepared.
Advanced training Passed training at the Republican Institute of Vocational Education (Minsk, Belarus), training seminars for the training of teachers of vocational training (Bukhara, Bishkek, Almaty, Dushanbe, Kassel, Berlin); participation in a seminar at the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education “Accreditation: external audit, examination methodology – international and national approaches.” In 2016, she completed advanced training courses under the program “Specialist in Innovative Technologies in the Conditions of Informatization of Education” at the Leningrad State University.
