Education:
In 1998, graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in applied Ecology of the Department of Industrial Ecology, the qualification of an environmental engineer.
In 2002, graduated from Karaganda State Technical University (second higher education) in the specialty “Economics in the social sphere and industries”, the qualification of an economist – lawyer.
In 2019, graduated from the Graduate school of Lomonosov Moscow State University under the educational program for the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in the direction of 05.06.01 Earth Sciences with the qualification “Researcher. The teacher is a researcher.”
In 2022, graduated from the Master’s degree in Management 38.04.02 (Master’s degree)
Place of work:
From 1998 to 01.10.2015: Department of Ecology of the Karaganda region (starting as a specialist to the head of the Department of “Environmental Regulation”).
From 02.10.2015 to the present day: Non-profit Joint stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” (senior lecturer of the Department of “Mining Aerology and Labor Protection”).
The main research interests are environmental management, environmental protection, management and standards.
