Toleuova Ainagul Rymkulovna was born on February 11, 1980 in Karaganda region, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2002 graduated from Karaganda State Industrial University with a degree in Metallurgy, Equipment and Technology of Heat Treatment of Metals, in 2003 she graduated from Karaganda State Industrial University with a Master’s Degree in Metallurgy. She began her teaching career in September 2004 as a teaching assistant at the Department of Materials Science and Technology of Metals of the Karaganda State Industrial University. In the period from 2014 to 2017 was the head of the department “Metallurgy and Materials Science” of the Karaganda State Industrial University. Since September 2017 and is currently working. Associate Professor of the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov.
He has a PhD degree in the specialty 6D071000 “Materials Science and Technology of New Materials”. The dissertation on the topic “Theoretical and experimental studies of phase and structural transformations in aluminum alloys of a new generation based on the Al-Cu-Mn-Zr system” was defended at KazNU. Al-Farabi (Almaty) December 26, 2014. The scientific degree of doctor PhD was awarded on May 21, 2014 (order No. 882) by the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Area of scientific interests: metal science of alloys based on non-ferrous metals (primarily aluminum), development of cast and wrought alloys, phase diagrams of multicomponent systems (calculation and construction), phase transformations in the process of crystallization and heat treatment
Toleuova A.R. took part in the implementation of grant and program-targeted financing projects under agreements with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the past five years on the following 3 topics:
- “Physical-chemical research and development of technology for obtaining alloys based on: Si-Al-Mn, Si-Al-Ba, Si-Al-Cr”;
- “Development of the Kazakhstan system of automation of technological preparation of machine-building production.”
Research on the topic was carried out by methods of theoretical calculation, experimental methods of microscopic, differential thermal and X-ray diffraction analyses, as well as measurements of microhardness and determination of mechanical properties. To change the phase composition, structure and properties of alloys, complex alloying, thermal and ultrasonic treatment of metals and alloys in liquid and solid states, as well as their treatment by mechanical vibrations were used. Various methods of preparing alloys were also used. The regularities of the formation of the phase composition and structure of alloys of systems based on aluminum under equilibrium and nonequilibrium cooling conditions were also studied. Polythermal sections of phase diagrams of aluminum-based multicomponent systems are constructed by calculation and experimentally.
Toleuova A.R. from 2019 to 2021 was the scientific supervisor of the economic contract topic “Research of the structure and properties of plasma-hardened steels” together with the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullin.
Sections for metallographic examination were prepared, the microstructure was investigated, the microhardness of the samples was determined along the cross section of the hardened layer, the microstructure was described with photographs, the shape, quantity, dimensions, and nature of the relative position of the structural and phase components of the studied samples were described. The topography of the surface of plasma-hardened samples was also studied using scanning electron microscopy.
In the period 2014 – 2022 She has published more than 70 scientific papers, including:
- 3 articles in international scientific publications (specialty “Metallurgy”) with a CiteScore percentile of more than 35 in the Scopus database;
- 11 articles in publications included in the list of COKSON MES RK (specialty “Metallurgy”);
- 8 articles – in peer-reviewed foreign scientific publications included in the RSCI database (specialty “Metallurgy”);
1 monograph was published in co-authorship, 1 monograph – alone, 1 textbook with the stamp of the MES RK; received 4 certificates of state registration of rights to the object of copyright of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
