Biography

Seipisheva Elmira Kalkabekovna, Senior Lecturer. In 2010, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Information Systems. In 2012, she successfully defended her master’s thesis. She has been working at the Department of Information Systems since 2013. She has published articles in collections and scientific journals.
