• Work experience: within the period from 2011 till 2017 she worked in the laboratory of “Substantial composition and dressing of natural and anthropogenic ores” at the IPKON LLP as a laboratory assistant, engineer and junior researcher. Since September 2016, he has been working at the Department of Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University as a teacher, since 2019 as a senior lecturer, and since 2021 as an acting Associate Professor.
• Main scientific interests: in the field of geodynamics and metallogeny of rare-earth elements.
• Achievements: over the past 5 years there have been published: 4 articles in journals included in the international SCOPUS database with a non-zero impact factor; 9 articles in the editions recommended by the RK CQASHE and the RSCI database with a non-zero impact factor; 16 articles in the proceedings of international conferences, symposiums in Kazakhstan, near and far abroad; 3 monographs (1 of them in English); 3 tutorials, 1 of them in the state language and 1 in English. There was received 1 innovative patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan for an invention, 2 Eurasian patents for inventions and 7 certificates of intellectual property. There was developed the Mass open online course “General and Historical Geology” (2023). She is an executor in the grant funding project for scientific and (or) scientific-technical projects for 2023-2025 No. AP19678770 “Radioecological aspects of thermal coals and ash and slag waste radioactivity in the context of their impact on the environment” under agreement No. 319/23-25 dated 2023/08/03.
• Advanced training: she completed scientific internships at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education National Mineral Resources University “Mining” (St. Petersburg); in the laboratory of “Petrology and ore content of igneous formations” of the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy named after B.C. Sobolev of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the topic “Modern precision methods of studying rocks and minerals for constructing paleogeodynamic and thermochronological reconstructions and metallogenic forecasting”. Over the past 5 years, advanced training courses have been completed: at the Zhumys-Stroyservis LLP on the topic “Technological operations for extracting methane from coal-bearing strata” (2020); “Virtual group training using Skype technologies. Experience in using the Cisco Webex platform in an educational environment” at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University NJSC (2020); “Development of the managerial potential of HiPo employees” at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University NJSC (2020); at the “Zhumys-Stroyservis” LLP on the topic “Drafting project documents in the field of subsoil use” (2021); “Cyber culture, cyber hygiene and working with big data” Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University NJSC (2021); the Azimuth Geology LLP on the topic “Laboratory studies of soil properties. Chemical analysis of groundwater” (2022). She studied within the framework of the seminar “Features of publishing articles in publications indexed in international databases and improving the quality of applications for grants and program-targeted financing of scientific projects” at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University NJSC (2022); completed training within the framework of the seminar “Anti-Corruption Management System” (2022); at the Azimuth Geology LLP on the topic “Palaeontological and biostratigraphic research” (2022); completed advanced training course “Interdisciplinary collaboration in the scientific and pedagogical activities of university teachers” (2023); “Modern management technologies in higher education institutions” (2023); at the Azimuth Geology LLP on the topic “Studying the formation of a database for processing by information means” (2023).
