Born on June 23, 1971, a native of North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk, Kazakh. In 1996 he graduated from school № 19, Temirtau and entered the Chemical-mechanical College of Temirtau has received a speciality the chemist-technologist. In 1990, she entered the Karaganda metallurgical Institute and in 1995 graduated from this educational institution with a degree in chemical technology of organic substances.
In September 1995, after graduation, she was hired as an assistant of the Department “Technology of chemical production” in Karaganda metallurgical Institute. In 1997 she was transferred as a research Intern of the same Department. In 2003 she was appointed to the position of Vice-rector for administrative and economic work and in the same year she entered the graduate school of Karaganda State University. Buketova. In 2008 she successfully defended her thesis and received the degree of candidate of chemical Sciences.
Actively engaged in research work, is the head of state budget projects, has a number of publications that have scientific novelty and practical value.
He is also a Deputy of Temirtau city maslikhat, Chairman of the city Commission on combating corruption, a member of the regional Commission in the direction of “Education” of Karaganda region.
Currently he works as head of the rector’s office of Karaganda technical University, candidate of chemical Sciences, Professor.
