Madina Abdrashitovna Seidinova, Kazakh, higher education. Graduated from E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University in 2002 with a degree in Law.

From 2002 to 2003, she worked at the Karaganda Regional Bar Association. From 2003 to 2011, she worked as a lecturer at Karaganda Bolashak University. In 2009, she graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Management. From September 2011 to the present, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of the Academy of Sciences and the State Pedagogical University named after A. Saginov.

In 2013, she completed her Master’s degree at the Karaganda University of Economics of Kazpotrebsoyuz, upon graduation, she was awarded an academic degree of Master of Law.

In the period from 2021-2024, she studied at the doctoral program of the Karaganda University named after Buketov, specializing in Jurisprudence. She is the author of a textbook on the discipline “Fundamentals of Law”, “Fundamentals of anti-corruption culture”, has published more than 14 scientific articles.
