Kazbekov Nurlan Abdilovich born in 1953 Graduate of the Leningrad Higher Trade Union School of Culture of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions. 1991-94 Full-time graduate student of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Candidate of Philosophical Sciences (candidates (Ph.D.), Specialty: 09.00.11 – social philosophy. Assistant professor of political science (HAC RK) since 2005. In 2012 he was awarded the academic title of professor KU “Bolashak”. Seniority in high school – 26 years He is the author of 45 scientific and methodological works. Five textbooks were introduced into the educational process of the University named after EA Buketov (Act on Implementation of September 30, 2011), seven textbooks were introduced into the educational process of Bolashak University. methodological framework and theoretical framework for the disciplines in the specialty “Political Science” (Implementation Act dated 05.15.13).
