Education
In 1975, graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in “Industrial and Civil Engineering.”
From 1983 to 1986, studied in a full-time targeted postgraduate program at Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, specialty 05.23.17 – “Structural Mechanics.”

Professional Experience
1975–1977 – Master (Foreman) in divisions PMK-1, SU-3, SU-6 of the trust “Karagandapromstroy”;
1977–1978 – Assistant at the Department of Structural Mechanics and Metal Structures, Karaganda Polytechnic Institute;
1978–1980 – Service in the Soviet Army, Head of Section (UNR);
1980–1996 – Laboratory Head, Postgraduate Student, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Strength of Materials and Structural Mechanics;
1996–2008 – Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor at the Department of Computer-Aided Design Systems, Karaganda State Technical University;
2008–2021 – Associate Professor at the Department of Building Materials and Technologies, Karaganda State Technical University;
From 2021 to present – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Building Materials and Technologies, Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.”
