From 1989 to 1999, he worked in engineering and technical positions at the mines of the Karaganda coal basin. He has extensive practical experience in the coal industry. Since 1999, he has been working at the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov. From 2002 to 2014, he worked as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Distance Learning at KarSTU. From 2010 to 2022 – Associate Professor of the Department, since 2022 – Associate Professor of the Department of Energy Systems. Since September 2015. He holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Energy, Automation and Telecommunications.
According to the results of scientific research, 5 monographs, more than 110 scientific papers have been published, 5 innovative patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been obtained.
During the period of pedagogical activity, 15 textbooks and 34 certified electronic textbooks were released. Currently, he teaches lecture courses for students of the educational programs 6B07109 – “Electric Power Engineering” and 6B07108 – “Thermal Power Engineering”. He is the scientific supervisor of students and undergraduates.
Scientific and pedagogical experience – 17 years.
He has commendations from the rector of KarSTU and the Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Karaganda region. The winner of the state grant “The best university teacher” of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2016, was awarded the badge “Excellent student of mining science”. He has a commendation from the mayor of the city. Academician of the International Academy of Informatization.
