Professional activity, work experience at the University: 1976-1980. senior lecturer, associate Professor of the Department “Statistics and accounting” of Karaganda state University; 1981. head of the Department of “Economic geography and branch Sciences” of Karaganda state University; 1989. head of the Department “Statistics and accounting” of Karaganda cooperative Institute; currently — Professor of the Department “engineering entrepreneurship and marketing”.
Scientific interest-innovative development of the economy of Kazakhstan, state regulation of the economy, investment support of economic processes, modern industrial policy, integrated development of territories, intellectual and human capital.

Educational and methodical work: since 2000 more than 300 scientific works have been published.
