Born October 11, 1968 In 1990 he graduated from the Blagoveshchensk Higher Tank School. In 2008, he completed a full master’s course at the National University of Defense of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Technical Support Management. Has been working at the military department since June 2017. He has medals for the length of service of 3 degrees and anniversary medals of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
