Alpysbaeva Nazym Amangazievna

In 1982, she graduated with honors from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in Economics and Management in the Mining Industry, Mining Faculty. From 1982 to 1984, she worked as a research intern, an engineer at the CarPTI CAD laboratory.  From 1984 to 1988, she studied in full-time postgraduate studies at the RMPI Department. In 1988, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. Taking into account the peculiarities of the dissertation work and published articles after the defense, work experience at the Department of Enterprise Economics (since 1991), the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Economics in December 2000.

From 1992 to 2001 – Assistant, senior lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Enterprise Economics at KarSTU. Since April 2001, she has worked as Dean and Chairman of the Council of the Faculty of Economics and Management of KarSTU (since 2010 – Director of the Institute of Economics, Chairman of the Council of the Institute of Economics). Since June 2015, she has worked as a vice-rector for educational work. Since September 2020 – Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Enterprise Management, Chairman of the trade Union of teachers and staff of the University (part-time).

Advanced training – in the Association for Certification “Russian Register” under the program “Internal Audit of the QMS” (2004, certificate); training according to the program of the seminar of the USAID Business and Economic Education Project “Student Registration System in universities / Registrar’s Office activities” (2005); scientific grant from the International Consortium for Economic Research and Education – Russia – CIS (2006).

Training according to the program of the seminar of the National Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Conducting self-assessment of a university in the process of institutional accreditation” (2009, internal expert), according to the program of the Republican seminar of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2011), training seminar “Accreditation: external audit” (NCAOKO, 2014), at the International Center for Education and Scientific Information according to the program “Quality Management of higher education” (Dusseldorf, Germany, certificate); under the program “International and specialized accreditation of educational programs” at Kaliningrad State Technical University (Russia, certificate); according to the program “Intra-university quality assurance system” (NAAR, 2013, 2018), “Improving religious literacy” of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Karaganda region (2015, 2020), according to the program of the seminar “Advanced training of chairmen of trade union committees” (St. Petersburg, 2021).

Alpysbaeva N.A. is the author of more than 135 methodological, scientific articles and works, including the co-author of sections of the book “Karaganda coal basin”, the textbook “Design of mining enterprises” (in the state language) with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, four monographs, 8 textbooks on economic disciplines. The winner of the title “The best university teacher – 2013″.

He is a member of the scientific expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Karaganda region (since 2015).

Awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1997, 2021); in 2003 – the badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Honorary Worker of Education”; in 2009 – the badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan”; in 2013 – the badge “Miner’s Glory” of the III degree, in 2014 – the medal “25 years of the International anti-nuclear movement Nevada – Semipalatinsk”, in 2018 – a bronze medal, in 2023 – a silver medal named after A. Baitursynov of the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2020 – the medal “25 years of the APK”, in 2021 – the medal “Halyk Algys”. She was awarded Letters of thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akim of the Karaganda region, Deputy Akim of the region, Akim of the city of Karaganda, Kazybek bi district, President of the Center for International Programs JSC, Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Karaganda region, Chairman of the regional Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, Rector of the University. Laureate of the award of the Akim of the Karaganda region “Kainar” (2018). Honored Worker of the KSU (2020).
