Biography: In 1970 he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mining Machines and Complexes, completed postgraduate studies at the Central Research Design Institute of Underground Engineering (Moscow). In 1981, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences by the decision of the Council of the Tula Polytechnic Institute. Production experience of working on thermal power plants and heating networks of the city of Karaganda for 14 years in engineering positions. In 2020, two monographs were published in the same authorship, six teaching aids, co-authored for undergraduates of the specialty “Thermal Power Engineering”. 8 patents have been obtained for new designs of thermal power devices in the specialty “Thermal Power Engineering”. There are more than 40 inventions and patents in total, and more than 60 scientific papers.
