General scientific and pedagogical experience is 16 years.

Since 2015, she continued her career as Head of Innovative Technologies and Practice at the Multidisciplinary Humanitarian-Technical College.
Since 2021 held the position of a teacher of special disciplines in Private Educational Institution Karaganda Commercial College.
Since 2023 holds the position of a teacher of the department of “Special Disciplines” of the College of Innovative Technologies NAO Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov.
