1974-1975 worked as a surveyor engineer in Karaganda complex geological and hydrological expedition.

From 1975-1982 worked as a research officer in Scientific research sector of KPTI (scientific projects on mining ore deposits Bakyrchik, Sayak).

1982-1985. – Postgraduate studies at the Geodesy and Surveying Department of the KPI.

1986 – Defended his thesis at the Sverdlovsk Mining Institute named after V.V. Vakhrushev.

1985-1986 – Postgraduate student of the Research sector of the Sverdlovsk Institute of Mining named after Vakhrushev. – 1985-1986 – Researcher at the Scientific Research Workplace of the KPTI (Kachary deposit scientific theme executor).

1986-1993 Kuznetsov worked at the Institute of Mining Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. KMI AS KazSSR, IGD AS KazSSR, IPCON AS KazSSR – research officer of the laboratories of non-ferrous metals development of Central Kazakhstan, ore deposits development, underground coal deposits development.

In 1993-1999 Central Kazakh Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan – Scientific Secretary of Central Committee of National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan.

2002-2005 worked as Assistant to the President on Mining Issues in Alash CJSC, Alash-NT LLP. In 2005-2006 he worked as a technologist (supervision of drilling and blasting operations) at Usema LLP.

In 2006-2008 he was working as a technologist (supervision of drilling and blasting operations) in Uema LLP. – From 2006 to 2008 worked as an associate professor, Dean of Business and Law Department of Karaganda University of Bisnas, Management and Law.

In 2008-2009 she was an associate professor at the Department of Business and Law, Karaganda State University. – 2008-2009 assistant professor of the Department of MD&G Karaganda State Technical University.

2007-2017. Arman 100 LLP – technologist, chief miner, shift supervisor, chief HSE officer, acting chief engineer, head of pit, head of process equipment. Technical Director at “Kuznetsky” “Sat Komir” “Karaotyn” surface mines. During his career he was repeatedly encouraged by certificates of merit and gratitude awarded with a medal of Miner’s Glory of the 3rd degree.

Since 2017 has been working at the Department of MSG KarGTU. He is a specialist in the field of development of complex development of ore deposits by open and underground methods and design of open pit mining, exploration and processing. He is the author of a number of scientific works.
