2002–2004: Studied at the Kazakh-Russian University, majoring in Educational Psychology.

1977–1979: Worked as an English teacher in the Kyzyltu district of the Kokshetau region.

1979–1985: Worked as an English teacher at a correspondence school in Zhezkazgan.

From 1985 to 2005, he worked as an English teacher at School No. 30 in Zhairem.

From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an English teacher at School No. 77 in Karaganda.

From 2009 to 2013, he worked at the Karaganda College of Economics and Statistics.

Since 2014, he has worked as an English teacher at Karaganda Technical University.
