Biography: Born on 06/19/1943. He graduated from KARPT in 1969 with a degree in mining electrical engineering. From 1962 to 1969 he worked at the mine. In 1969, he entered full-time postgraduate studies at the APP Department. The scientific supervisor was Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor V.N. Arakelov. He worked as an assistant at the AIS Department. He defended his PhD thesis in 1975 and became an associate professor in 1980. He was the secretary of the GEMF Party Bureau, a member of the Institute’s party bureau. Scientific Secretary of the University from 1992 to 2008. S.Kh. Yesenbaev from 1992-2011 – Head of the Department of Information and Measurement Technology (IIT).The department is the head department for educational and methodological support of the Instrument Engineering specialty in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The IIT Department has been training specialists in the field of Instrument Engineering since 1986, and in the field of Metrology and Metrological Support since 1995. They started cooking in the state language in 1995 and 2000, respectively. S. Yessenbaev was awarded the title of “Honored Metrologist” in 2003, was twice awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is an Honored Worker of KarSTU, a full member of the International Academy of Informatization.
