In the period 2024-2025, she served as the head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture.

In 2019, she became the winner of the republican competition “Best Teacher”, organized by the Kazakhstan Academy of Pedagogical Sciences.

In 2021, she became the winner in the nomination “Best Teacher” of the annual award of the regional akim “Til zhanashyry”, dedicated to the Day of Languages ​​of the People of Kazakhstan.

In 2023, she was awarded the badge “Honored Worker of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abilkas Saginov” on behalf of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abilkas Saginov for her contribution to the development of the university.

Nygmetova Nurgul Tursynovna graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philology of the E. A. Buketov Karaganda State University in 1992. AUBAKIROV Nurlybek Mamanuly is Candidate of Philology, Profesor of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.

In 1976-1986,he studied at the Kenashchi secondary school in the Enbekshilder district of the Kokshetau region. From September 1986 to November 1987, he worked as the head of the economy of the above-mentioned school. In 1987-1989,he was in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

In 1995, he graduated from the Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute named after Sh. Ualikhanov specializing in Kazakh language and literature; in 2001 he graduated from the Karaganda Institute of Contemporary Education “Bolashak” specializing in Finance and Credit.

From 1996 to 2003, he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Institute of Language and Translation “Lingua” and the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov. In 2003, he was accepted as a senior lecturer at Karaganda State Technical University in the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture.
