He was born on March 03, 1971. Graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mining Machines and Complexes in 1993.

From October 1993 to May 1994, he worked as a design engineer at JSC RGSHO Plant in Karaganda. Since September 1994, he began working as an assistant at the Department of “Electricity Supply” at KPTI.

In September 1996, he moved to the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Mining Machinery and Equipment. From February 2010 to September 2014, he was acting Head of the Department of Mining Machinery and Equipment.

From September 2015 to August 31, 2023, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Technological Equipment, Mechanical Engineering and Standardization.

He started working at the RMPI department in September 2023
