Born on May 11, 1958, in the city of Tuymazy, Tuymazinsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 1984, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, specializing in “Geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits”, and was awarded the qualification of a mining engineer – geophysics.

After graduating, he worked as a junior research fellow at the Karaganda Coal Research Institute from 1984 to 1986.

In 1994, he graduated from the Moscow State Mining University. Based on the results of defending his candidate’s dissertation in 1994, he was awarded the academic degree of candidate of technical sciences.

From 1986 to 2007 – Head of the Karagandaugol Coal Department (hereinafter referred to as OJSC Ispat-Karmet, JSC Mittal-Steel Temirtau Coal Department), Spetsshakhtomontazhdegasatsiya Directorate.

Since 2007, he has held management positions at manufacturing enterprises.

From 2010 to 2014 – Deputy Director for Production at ZhSS LLP. The organization’s activities: Well drilling, hydraulic fracturing of coal seams, well development.

From 2014 to 2017 – Deputy Director for Production at Industrial Energy Alliance LLP. The organization’s activities: Well drilling, hydraulic fracturing of coal seams, well development.

Since 2018 – Deputy Director for Production at Industrial Energy Alliance LLP. The organization’s activities: Well drilling, hydraulic fracturing of coal seams, well development.

Since 2017, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Mineral Deposit Development (RMPI).

The author of more than 15 (fifteen) scientific articles published in highly rated journals.
