Since 1985 to 1991- Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Civil Engineering, specialty “Construction”. Engineer-teacher of construction disciplines;

Since 1992 to 1998- Karaganda State Technical University, Faculty of Economics, specialty “Economics and Organization of the Mining Industry.” Mining engineer-economist;

Since 2018 until 2020– Karaganda State Technical University, master’s degree (scientific and pedagogical direction) in specialty 6M072900 “Construction”. Master of Engineering and Technology.

Since 1991 to 2000- engineer of the planning and economic department of the Appak Baizhanov mine;

Since 2001 to 2012- senior lecturer of the department “Organization of Production”, Faculty of Economics and Management, KarSTU;

Since 2012 to 2013- Deputy Dean for Educational Work, Faculty of Economics and Management, KSTU;

Since 2013 to 2015- Head of the Office for the Development of the Bologna Process, KSTU;

Since 2015 to 2017- Director of the Department of Youth Policy, KSTU;

Since 2017 Until now– Master of Technical Sciences, senior lecturer at the Department of Construction Materials and Technologies, Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov.
