Biography: In 1975, he graduated from the Moscow Energy Institute with a degree in Cybernetics of Electrical Systems with the qualification of Electrical Engineer and began his career as a mechanic at the computer center of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. In 2018, he was hired as a senior lecturer at the Department of Energy Systems at Karaganda State Technical University.

Author of 7 scientific publications in the field of mathematical modeling of transient processes, development of magnetohydrodynamic alternating current generators. Member of the University Council for Spiritual and Moral Education of Students.

Conducts lectures, practical and laboratory classes in the disciplines: Transient processes in the electric power industry, Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, Theory of electrical circuits, High voltage engineering, Electrical machines, Electrical engineering and electric drive. He is the supervisor of practics, coursework and diploma works of students.
