Born May 31, 1974 In 1996, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. Since 1996 to 2017 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the regional commands “East”, “South”, “Astana”. Has been working at the military department since September 2017. He has medals for excellent service of I, II and III degrees.
