Senior Lecturer,lieutenant colonel

Born 05/12/1953. In 1974 he graduated from the Khmelnytsky Higher Artillery Command School. He was awarded the order “Badge of Honor”, medals “60 years of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR”, “70 years of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR”, “For perfect service” of three degrees, “20 years of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. At the military department since 1999.
