- In 1980, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering;

- In 1988, he graduated as a postgraduate student of the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor

from the Kuibyshev Institute of Civil Engineering,

- In 2005, he completed his doctoral studies at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University

- 2007-2012 – Assistant Professor at the Department of Construction Production Technology and Architecture, KarSTU;

- 2012-2013 – Lecturer at the Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, KarSTU;

- 2013-2015 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, KarSTU;

- 2015-2025 – Associate Professor of the Department of Building Materials and Technologies, KarSTU;

- from 2025 to the present – Associate Professor of the Department of Building Materials and Technologies, the University named after Abylkas Saginov.

Research interests

Engineering geology, soil mechanics, foundations, foundations

Scientific direction

Stress-strain state, consolidation and creep of soils, sediment development over time, elastic-plastic models of base deformation
