In 1990, he graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Construction of underground structures and mines, qualification – mining civil engineer. In 1994, he completed full-time postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Mining University with a degree in 08.00.05 – Economics and Management of the national Economy. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
