Head of Military Department, Colonel

In 1985 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Higher Combined Arms Command School. In 2001 he graduated from the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2016 – course preparation at the Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Federation (International Security). In the Armed Forces, he went from the platoon commander to the deputy chief of the DOMR General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was awarded the Aybyn Order of the II degree, medals for excellent service, long service and anniversary medals. At the military department since 2019.
